Built for the set you are doing now.

Logging stays quick during the workout, while the planning and analysis tools are there when you want them.

Log without friction

Start from a routine or an empty workout, enter weight and reps with one hand, run rest timers, record notes and finish without navigating a spreadsheet.

Progress with context

See personal records, volume, estimated strength trends, progression rules, workout comparisons, muscle balance and recovery context with explanations behind the scores.

Train from your wrist

Run a workout from Apple Watch, log sets and rest periods offline, then reconcile safely with the phone when the connection returns.

Planning that adapts to real training.

Build reusable routines and multi-day programs, or generate a session around the time, equipment and muscles you have available.

Routines, programs and progression

Templates, program days, goals and explicit progression rules keep the next session connected to the last. Recommendations are inspectable guidance, not hidden coaching.

Optional Apple Health context

With permission, GymLogger calculates readiness, recovery, sleep and training-load context on the device. These are fitness estimates—not diagnosis or medical advice—and Health-derived summaries remain local only.

History you can use

Search workouts, inspect exercise history and charts, compare sessions, review personal records and create share cards without an online profile.

Your data, portable

Export workout CSV or a JSON Workout Backup, and import supported Strong or Hevy exports. The JSON backup covers workout history, sets and custom exercises; its exact scope is documented before export.

Privacy is part of the architecture.

No developer-hosted account or training database. No ads. No third-party analytics. No sensitive health or body data in iCloud.

Local by default

Workout data is stored on your devices. Optional private CloudKit mirroring can sync ordinary workout and planning records through your Apple Account; Divith Technologies cannot browse that private database.

Sensitive data stays local

Health-derived summaries, the health/training profile, body measurements, and progress photos are assigned to a separate local-only database and excluded from CloudKit.

Purchases belong to your Apple Account

The free-trial marker and lifetime entitlement use StoreKit, so reinstalling does not create another trial and Restore Purchases works with the purchasing Apple Account.

Progress-photo image files and metadata stay on the device where you add them. Keep the original photos or another independent backup if they matter to you.
