Website terms of use

Effective 20 August 2026 · Divith Technologies, Kumta, Karnataka, India · Covers divithtechnologies.com

These terms cover the website. The Route Foundry app is licensed separately under its licence terms, and neither document limits the other.

1. Scope

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may amend them; the effective date above changes when we do, and the amended terms apply from the moment they are published.

2. Permitted use

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own information. You may link to any page on it without asking.

You may not:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law, or that infringes anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host, or any system connected to it;
  • interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to overwhelm it;
  • scrape or reproduce its content at scale in order to present it as your own, or to train a service in a way that strips attribution.

Security research conducted in good faith and reported to us privately is welcome, and we will not treat it as a breach of these terms.

3. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, text, graphics and marks on this site are owned by Divith Technologies or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. "Divith Technologies" and "Route Foundry" are our marks. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.

Quoting a short extract with attribution and a link is fine. Reproducing a page wholesale is not.

4. Accuracy of information

We take care that what this site says about our software is true, and we write down limitations rather than omitting them. Even so, the site is published for general information: specifications, features and availability can change, and a page may be out of date between a change and an update.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or professional advice. A quotation, a scope or a service level exists only in a signed agreement.

Some pages link to sites we do not operate — Apple, Google, standards bodies, open-source projects, supervisory authorities. We include them because they are useful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Following such a link is at your own discretion.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of something at our hosting provider, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it or your reliance on anything published on it — including indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Privacy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party assets. What is processed, and why, is set out in the website privacy policy and the GDPR page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kumta, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere and your local law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live and to the protection of its mandatory consumer rules, this clause does not take that away.
